In fact Suri's "daddy" Tom Cruise opened up a little more about her to Hello!.
"Suri's very much like her mother," reveals the Valkyrie star, who celebrated his second wedding anniversary with Katie this month. "She's open and sunny, just like her Mom is, but she's also very determined.""She's very much a girl, and will not wear trousers, for instance, only dresses," he adds. "I put a pair of trousers on her and turn and leave the room and straight away the trousers are off and a dress is on instead."
I wonder if he means by determined that they do what he wants them to and have minds of their own??? But at least now we know why we always see little Suri in expensive little dresses and not in pants.

Jennifer Garner has obtained a court order protecting herself from a man she believes is endangering her family.TMZ has obtained docs ordering Steven Burky to stay clear of Garner -- no contact whatsoever. In her declaration, Garner says "Mr. Burky has been stalking and harassing me," sending "packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country ..."Garner says Burky has been harassing her since 2002, but in the last year "his obsessive and harassing behavior has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening."

Garner says Burky has shown up at her home and said, "God has sent him a vision of her being persecuted in some manner that may result in her death."Garner says she fears for herself, husband Ben Affleck and daughter Violet. She also says "I am currently pregnant and fear for the safety of my second child once born."Burky has written a blog called Satanic Panic, asking, "Are multitudes of adults resorting to human sacrifices and then repressing this information from fear of Christ..."A judge issued a temporary restraining order earlier this month. There's a hearing tomorrow to make the order permanent.Garner's security guy, Dennis Bridwell, also submitted a declaration in which he said Burky described himself as a "crazed Alias fan," once finding her at an event, giving her roses and a car that read "I love you forever" along with his contact information. A rep for the company tells us, "The drivers were hired as independent contractors and are paid 30-45 days net when working on special events of the magnitude of the BET Hip Hop Awards that took place on Oct. 18th. El DeBarge will spend the next two years feeling the rhythm of the night behind bars in connection with a recent drug bust in L.A.The pop star was just sentenced to two years in state prison -- starting right this second. Authorities are currently taking him to California State Prison in Lancaster where he will immediately begin his sentence.The judge decided his conduct during the drug bust earlier this month -- in which DeBarge was allegedly found with crack cocaine on his person -- was enough to violate the probation he was on from a drug case in 2007.

Britney Under Permanent Conservatorship

Lawyers in the Britney Spears conservatorship case have just asked the court commissioner to make her conservatorship permanent. And the judge said she would grant the request.The conservatorship was scheduled to end on December 31. Sources say one reason why Brit & Co. wanted to extend the conservatorship is that it makes it easier for her to regain custody of her kids -- the family law commissioner will feel more comfortable giving her added face time if there is a safety net.The conservators will now also be responsible for handling her business affairs and career opportunities.As for why they suddenly asked for a permanent conservatorship -- we're told the commish doesn't want to keep extending temporary power...that it makes more sense to make the conservatorship permanent and then just lift it when Brit is safe and sound.

Under the permanent conservatorship a medical team will oversee Britney's career to make sure what she does will not compromise her mental health. The commish said, "The conservatorship is necessary and appropriate for the complexity of financial and business entities and her being susceptible to undue influence."

Balfour Recently Busted -- Parole Not Revoked

William Balfour -- the "person of interest" in the murders of Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother, and nephew -- was arrested for drug possession earlier this year, but did not have his parole revoked. Back in June, an officer responded to a shots fired call on the same block as the Hudson family home. When the officer arrived on the scene, he came across Balfour in his car. Balfour exited the vehicle and approached the officer, who detained him. When the cop checked Balfour's car, the officer "observed in plain view a knotted baggie filled with a rock like substance."He was cited for possession of less than 15 grams of cocaine, a felony. The charges were eventually dismissed. The arrest report noted Balfour was on parole, but said "no warrant will be issued at this time."Corrections Department spokesman Derek Schnapp told the AP that officials reviewed the case but determined "the evidence that was presented during that time wouldn't have necessarily warranted a violation."Balfour is currently being held on an unrelated parole violation and he has not been officially named a suspect.
